Support regarding Lisa G. not showing on neighbor bars

A week or so ago I had sent co-op requests from my co-op friends and received them. Since I got them I'm assuming you saw my requests?

Nope, nothing on my end. I have no idea how you are getting items when I can't see even the request to click to send to you. The only place I see you is in the co-op building on the tab where the members are listed.

Once you leave the co-op, could you please send Cate an email to let her know? Last time, after you left the co-op, you continued to show up as a co-op member until Cate was able to remove you.

I don't understand why this has to be so difficult!!! LOL

Oh my goodness, that is so odd!! Like the game is playing on it's own or something.

I've noticed since leaving the co-op that I suddenly stopped receiving items from anyone in my envelope. Everyone is still on my neighbor bar and I can still request items (like bottles, flasks, salt, etc). But items I was receiving regularly stopped, which is odd if none of you are actually receiving them! But this morning, I actually had some things sent and requested from Cate.

Cate and I were emailing, so she knows I left the co-op. I'm going to wait until Wednesday to send a request. We'll see what happens then!

Lisa - So much weird stuff has been going on with the neighbor bar lately.

Maybe support was right?????? Maybe Since you were getting requested items from us and now you aren't, maybe it was just a display issue?

I really hope it isn't a Mac vs. PC issue. That would be rather unfortunate.

I am keeping my fingers crossed that you show up this time! On the neighbor bar and in my envelope.

Let's hope it's just a display issue! If it ends up being a Mac vs PC issue, that probably won't surprise me. I may be the only Mac user amongst the co-op, but surely I'm not the only one amongst my neighbors.

The avatar not being able to changed and saved is definitely on their end since I believe it's Nancy (or maybe Gayle?) that is unable to get theirs to save.

I've not ever received an response from FV on anything. Shocking! Said no one ever!

I have noticed that when I accept gifts it shows "Player" no names or actual icon pics just an outline (LOL can't remember how to spell that silowet word....actually don't think I ever knew how to spell it)..Anyway, I wonder if one of those might be Lisa.

Cate, no I can't remember ever reading a definite fix to the display problem. All I got out of it was it had to be fixed on Lisas end.

Because neighbors icon keep moving all over the bar it takes me a while just to search for our Co-op members. Any given day I spend an hour to 1 1/2 hours on this game.

Ladies, I'm having a terrible time with my back. It's giving me fits. So much pain. Doc put me on muscle relaxers (helps for about an hour). Scheduled for 5 injections late February early March.

Thanks for the well wishes. It's my own fault, I've did way too much heavy lifting when I was younger (I hate asking for help) and now I'm paying for it. Oh not to mention the first time I ever lived alone I use to change the layout of the living room and my bedroom almost every month. Now it's a strain just to push a chair over a little to make room for the Christmas tree. I guess the last time I did any furniture moving was in 2017 when I remodeled my house.

I can't find you yet, no invites as well. This is so maddening. Also, thanks for spell that weird word, LOL I knew it had an "H" in it. Just didn't know where it went. Bad thing is I have a dictionary within a foot of my right knee. Pure laziness. LOl

Sorry to hear Nancy. No fun whatsover in back pain. I pay for my misspent youth (horses) via my hips and back now. And omg I was always moving my furniture around. Must be the nesting thing. Ha ha But seriously I hope you get some relief soon.

Lisa I cannot get a profile pic to save my soul this time around. I did see your name pop up as I think accepting my invite but it was gone in a flash and I am still missing friends on my neighbour bar.
