Support regarding Lisa G. not showing on neighbor bars

Is there any update on the our missing Lisa G.? Support is a name I wouldn't associate with this game...LOL I guess we are on our own. This is why I take BP meds. I let the little things like this really get to me. If I had to drive a lot like I did when I was working I would probably have road rage. It really irks me when people don't use their turn signal. I yell "The car manufacturers put it on the car for a reason". Of course, I'm the only one that can hear it. LOL
Still I've never had an answer from support. Have any of you got an answer about Lisa G. missing from our neighbors bar?

I did get an answer the first time I contacted support right after Lisa joined, before we tried reset one and reset two. They asked about Zynga vs. Facebook and what browsers we were using. Of course they gave me all the basic stuff about clearing cache. They basically told me it was a display issue and that she was on my neighbor bar. I find that hard to believe because I can send her neighbor invites. But, that was the end of it, they never came back with anything more. Lisa is still not on my neighbor bar. I do send her neighbor invites, but not everyday anymore.

I finally had a neighbor visit me! It's not any of you but was still happy to see a stranger on my farm lol. She's on my neighbor bar but I haven't had anyone visit since that one when I started playing again so I thought I was invisible to everyone.

Carrie: No worries on sending me neighbor invites. I keep accepting them!

Nancy: When I look in the scrolling feed and see my requests it always shows as "Lisa" but nothing else. There should be a "G" but it doesn't show up that way.

And oh my gosh...people not using their blinkers are my biggest pet peeve!!!! Drives me nuts! I'm always less ticked about someone cutting in front of me if they use their blinker.

I took some screenshots a week or so ago showing I receive invites and requests from you. I've yet to receive anything from "support" on anything.

I always wonder if in my inbox when it says "Player" if that might me you. Like Carrie, I've had gifts from "LISA" but I am almost positive it isn't you.
I so wish Zynga would fix this whole mess. It's maddening.
Did I read somewhere on this forum that you don't have FB? I think Cate posted that you are playing on a "Mac" PC? That is the only difference, I guess.
I guess your still not having a luck with your Pic/Avatar?

Hi Nancy! Haven't been here in awhile and today is my first time playing again. Still non luck with the avatar. I looked at the page source code and there isn't a place to put the avatar. The code must have messed up and only held the original one from years ago.

Yes, I play on a Mac. I have Safari but installed Chrome in hopes it would help with things but no such luck.

It's maddening that after a five-month absence they still haven't fixed a darn thing!

I have never heard from support about you missing from our neighbors bar. Makes me mad sometimes. I hardly ever look now, I was looking for your farm almost every time I visited our Co-op members. I wish they could fix the darn thing.

Nancy, it's maddening! They're obviously not working on anything. I saw your message in the Co-Op. I took screenshots of my Neighbor Bar. As you can, I have all or most of the Co-Op as neighbors. While I don't visit every single day, I am able to visit your farms and since y'all can't see me I usually just grow crops or snag water if I need it.

Gayle's new farm is the last one just in front of Walter.

And I'm able to send/receive requests from all of you. Con is the only one who visits my farm and that's been only lately and not daily.

Not that support will do anything, but they need to be told the avatar code is missing from their source code. Guessing they let their coding person go and didn't replace them.

I don't understand why Zynga doesn't fix these sorts of issues. Especially the avatar issue. I'm noticing more and more of my neighbors without avatars and I'm guessing it is because they decided to change an old picture.

It could be. I receive things from a couple of blank avatars named Player, too.

There is a "Con" who visits my farm on occasion but I didn't know if it's the same Connie that's in the co-op as the avatars are different. But Cate told me it was. I don't know if she can see me when I visit her farm. I know Cate can't and I imagine none of you can.

I agree that probably go in to change their avatar, as did I, and are left with nothing. And now with the anniversary thing they're wanting us to spend Farm Bucks or real money (which I've never done!). I might would occasionally if they'd fix things.

I'm guessing since Con can visit your farm, she probably sees you when you visit her. But for the rest of us, I'm guessing you are right, none of us see your visits.

It's so weird that support told both me and Gayle the same thing, that you are on our neighbor bars.... uh.... sorry, nope.

I think they need to hire better coders, or maybe just more of them if the ones they have are overworked. Something, anything, please! LOL
