My daughter has a cat colored just like Buddy, Con. She's one of 5.
I live in a small place called Ameliasburg in Southern Ontario. It's about 100 south east of Toronto. It's on a small island, population 20,000, and a big part of it is agriculture. I retired almost 8 years ago when I was 60 but I still work when I feel like it out of my home as a researcher and editor.
I don't have any fur babies now. We always had cats and a dog when my daughter lived at home but, when she left, I started collecting dogs. lol My last set were a Border Collie, Min Schnauzer (inherited from my parents when they died) and a Siberian Husky, Blue. He was the last to go and my husband's heart shattered. He says no more dogs. That's him below.

Re: Feeling Chatty
What a beautiful fur baby. It is devastating when one passes. I know. I waited a little over a year after the other 3 passes to get Bear. Of course, being by myself was getting to me, at least I have something to worry and talk to. I've been told it's a sign of getting old when you talk to yourself! LOL

Wow, I must be a lot older than I originally thought. Decades older!
Re: Feeling Chatty
I didn't want to make a new thread, but just wanted you guys to know I've not been able to log into the game since yesterday morning. It keeps getting stuck on the loading bar on both FB and Zynga. I even left it loading overnight and it hadn't moved. I'm trying to get on right now, once I'm in I'll be doing visits.
Re: Feeling Chatty
No worries Con. Mine has been acting up a lot lately as well.
Also I've been talking to myself for eons! LOL Sorry for delay in my orders. Zynga is throwing all high ballers to me this time around.
My prev orders were all pretty high and it was taking me longer than usual to get to my personal goal.
When they were doable on Wednesday a farmer had over 30 orders done which didn't leave much room especially as there was two of us to complete.
Thursday only 2 orders were needed.
I shouldn't let it bother me as its just a game but I've always been a team player so its hard not to. However I will work on that and if someone wants to be on the top then I'll just let it go. I'm hoping that maybe I can get my favours even if someone finishes. Maybe next time I will try that.
Have a great weekend all.

Re: Feeling Chatty
I agree with you Gayle about the orders. I would love all that extra water but generally I stop at 15 for PG, of course if you do any SO's that total is what shows up for everyone. It bothers me sometimes and I too shouldn't let it bother me because it is just a game but man that is hard to do.
Re: Feeling Chatty
Con, both Carrie and I have uninstalled and reinstalled FV2 in the last week. Carrie gave me a link to I0bit uninstaller and showed me FV2 files that were removed in my 1st regular uninstall. Seemed to work for me. While I have you Con, can you update your help preferences in the When you visit my farm etc? Thanks,
Nancy, Gayle, please know that Carrie and I are aware of the concerns regarding the player and have addressed it numerous times. We hope it's resolved now. We'll this week.
Somebody else told me a while ago about wanting to lead the co-op in orders on Fridays to get the water. I was surprised then and again now. lol I'm up there occasional but water never occurred to me. I'm usually just entertaining myself by doing orders and getting rid of inventory. It's so interesting to me to talk to others about the game because our perspectives are often different. The people are my favorite part of this game.

Re: Feeling Chatty
Hi, just joined the forum so thought I should add to this topic to tell you a little about myself.
I live in Melbourne Australia, just turned 64 (arh!!), still working full time as a Project Manager for local council (I build things like playgrounds and sporting pavilions). No pets at the moment as my last companion died last year, no my 20yo cat, not my ex. Single nester with two girls.
I now spend as much time as I can travelling as I don't have any dependents except my vege garden which waters itself, unfortunately the veges don't pick themselves and store themselves in the fridge.
I took up a new hobby just before COVID of deep sea diving, love it so much, but I know that there is a limit on how long I can do it.
Off to New Zealand at the end of March for 3 weeks to travel around the North Island in a Motorhome, so my playing might be a bit spotty for that time.
Love to hear from you all.

Hi Deb, welcome to the forum, I'm so glad you joined!
Deep sea diving, wow! That must be such an adventure. I'm pretty sure I wouldn't be brave enough to give it a try.
Your upcoming trip sounds like a lot of fun. Do you have any specific plans or are you just going to go where the road takes you?

Hi Carrie,
Have a number of places I want to see and to catch up with some friends, but the rest is where the road takes me.
