nancy take the help if you have it. I could have so used someone here the last couple of weeks to help with things. I even had to ask a stranger in the hallway to open my cranberry juice. LOL
I'm still struggling a bit with getting dressed & gave up on housework but will never say "No thanks I'm okay on my own" to my family and friends again.
Wishing you all the best for a speedy recovery.

Thanks for all the good thoughts.
I'm so frustrated! I need some advice. About my game. I emailed Cate, telling her I was having problems.
I started this afternoon with uninstalling FV2.
Cleared the cache in the computer (I used CCleaner)
Ran Antivirus.
Opened Firefox and cleared the cache.
Restarted the computer.
Ran CCleaner again.
Opened Firefox and opened Zynga games.
Waited for invitation to Launcher+
Installed it
Opened game.
I started playing, got my nursery reward & asked for helpers for 1st chest.
AND the darn screen went white again. And I'm back to not playing.
Short of buying a new tower, what are some suggestions?
I will check tomorrow after I get home from blood work. Whoopee, we have to go about 85 miles for silly blood work, They won't let me go right here in town. I guess they think their nurses are better. LOL

Good luck with the blood work.
I have a fairly top line pc and great graphics but this game that I play on chrome now has been frustrating as hell.
White screen, a lot of freezing , weird graphical that makes me actually dizzy. I just wish they would fix this. I still can't get my game pic back and their excuse for us not adding co-op people as neighbours does not make sense. Oh and did I mention the numerous WHoopsADaisys.
If I wasn't retired I would probably have given up as I used to play this game to relax after working and it is just so not relaxing anymore.
Didn't mean to over rant, Sorry. However just letting you know that even with my specs I am having issues with this game as well

I'm definitely not a computer guru, but could it be a browser issue? Have you tried using a different browser to play?

Hi ladies! Nancy, hope you're doing better by now.
Vent warning and things I know each of you can relate to!!!
We got moved and settled despite the chaos of trying to go through boxes and get things arranged! Looked forward to getting back to my farm and all of you, but this game is getting more glitchy by the day! Sometimes I can get on right away. Today has been the worst. I've tried probably thirty times, cleared the browser, nada. I've done all the usual "fixes" but nothing.
"Me" and my family - the running around before doing a task seems to have gotten worse. Whoever the coder was on that was a ding dong head.
It seems everyone has the Christmas thing to the left of the big field on the bottom, but I still haven't gotten it. Yet, anyway. Maybe they're doing that for me now and it's why I can't get on.
Con visited me yesterday, but apparently no one else can still see me when I visit their farms.
The Whoops-a-Daisies aren't too bad, but so frustrating when they happen. Sometimes it's only a couple of things that need redone, but sometimes it's things that were done twenty minutes prior!
All the banners to the right/left of the screen is annoying. Being on a Mac I have to play on Chrome and it requires the screen to be at maximum size. The Rich Order thing on the right is always in the way and covers up most of the little pop-up messages. The ones on the right are just big and obtrusive!
I honestly think they are trying to frustrate everyone into giving up. The "help" people are probably just AI-driven and no one is running the store anymore.
I love my farm and have missed it when I've had to take these big breaks. But Zynga is making it hard to want to keep going. I was catching up on the few posts in this thread and the other and as someone said, it's good being retired but the game isn't relaxing with so many glitches.
With all that said, I do love seeing my animals, the ready trees/crops swaying, etc.
An observation: Sometimes my longer growing crops are done way before they should be (strawberries, sunflowers, etc.). Do yours do that sometimes?
P.S. - Been trying to get on throughout typing and still nada. So I'm off to do more unpacking. Wait! I tried one last time and finally!! But it's very "sticky". I'll see what I can get done. Oh my goodness!! A couple of the things I mentioned have been changed! Still no Christmas village but the Rich Order thing moves out of the way when a message pops up. I can play a little now without a full screen but my crops don't sway. Very weird ...

Nice to see you Lisa! In my life I have moved over 30 times. Lost count somewhere along the way.
The game has gotten worse as time goes by. I'm happy to have an avatar back but I stil can't get you back as neighbour and I swear they have over
upped the amounts required to almost impossible. It is taking me forever to just get my farm back to where it was before they zonked me the last time. Which was actually the second zonk as I originally started my first farm when the game first came out. Sigh. Its been a slice for sure.
Anyways I agree I do enjoy playing, when it works.
Will be away for a fair bit of December this year. I am finally going to get to see my daughter's home and meet my latest great grandson. Plus a few extended family ones as well. She lives in northern alberta so I am thinking it just may be a wee bit colder than here on the island but at least it won't be raining. (Small win)
Take Care!

Hi Nancy,
Now that's something I'll have to do is count how many times I've moved!
Ugh, I had hopes that the other day they'd finally fixed some things. It was nice to be able to grab needed items off the sidebar while playing like in the days before the Launcher. But when I played later that day there were a few things that had to be done again, in Whoops-a-Daisy style. Today it's doing the same weird thing so I'm not even going to play until it's full screen again.
Sometimes I think the only way any of you might know I'm playing is through the co-op as it looks like my orders do add to the total of 230 needed.
I love playing but my patience is wearing thin!
Oh my goodness, how nice to get to meet your great grandson! Hope you have a great time!
Hugs!

Well, today is not a good day on FV2.
EVERY SINGLE time they come out with an "update" (i noticed it said "play now and claim your Expansion Coupon") this game screws up.
I can't get on at all today. I've tried using two different browser with no luck (Firefox & Edge). I even got a pop up on Edge that said "FV2 uses Flash, but your browser is blocking it". LOL how long have we had to use the Launcher+? 3 yrs?
I started out frustrated today because of all the silly Christmas shopper drivers, driving slow and looking in store windows. I get so mad, good thing I don't drive on expressways, I( definitely have no patience. I'm a good candidate for road rage. And now this game is driving me MORE crazy than I already am. I will try again tomorrow. May a night of just chilling and watching tv will help calm me down.
I hope you all have a great night and weekend.
Happy Farming to you! I hope.
