So now my log in isn't working. Says wrong password which is the same password I have saved in password manager. Sigh

Used the forgot my password just to see if that would work but do not get a response. Will try customer service but not holding out much
hope on that.

This will make it the third time they have "lost" my password. Last two times I totally lost my game progression so if it happens again I am out.

Hopefully get back in soon. Please let others know via chat in co-op lol if that is working.

My attempt just now said the same thing. I'm glad in a way that yours is the same. I was thinking I had been hacked. I tried the forgot password thing, sat looking at a blank screen waiting for email from them with no luck. I even emailed Cate to ask her for suggestion.
Apparently it must be a bug on Zyngas end.
I was just saying to myself that if it had been hacked I just don't think I have the patience to start over again like you did. It has taken me 10 years to get to my current level. It's funny when I think of how upset I get at a silly computer game.

Nancy, Its so frustrating. My first farm was when they first brought this one out. Right after Farmville. Losing that hurt but when I then lost the second one it was just so frustrating. Now to see this again is so over the top.

Like you though I am glad someone else is having a problem so maybe customer service will actually have something to say about it.

And no I will not start over again. I already have stopped financially supporting them as the game is so broken.
