Cate I have verified numerous times. Its not just Zynga I get so many emails that "warn" me I have logged in on an unidentified or new device.
So silly as I have had this pc for over a year. And my other devices are older.

I am a big supporter of secure measures but sometimes they go over the top.

And Thanks for the offer of a call. I hadn't checked on here so missed that. Things are working again but definetly support has gone downhill.

A game i have played for years and now have to playit on facebook completely disappeared. Took over 8 emails to developers and a number of reports to facebook and it finally was back today. When I say disappeared I mean my game was gone and the game was even gone from my facebook no option to even redownload. LOL Still missing one other but its not one i play much so just going to let it go.

And once again I can't log in. And when I try to reset password it doesn't send me a link to do so.

Same problem as before. Just won't recognize my email. I had email for support but sadly they will
no longer accept emails and tell me to use support ingame. Gee if I could get ingame i would

Welcome to the forum Lisa!

Sometimes we do go a bit without checking the forum, so if you post a question and don't get an answer within a few days, please post on the in-game co-op chat board that you posted a question (or tip, trick, chat. etc...) in the forum.

When you get the chance, please post in the topic "When you visit my farm, please help with..." That way we will know what you prefer us to help with when we visit your farm. You'll probably get asked this same question in the co-op chat. LOL

I'm in!!! Hello ladies, so nice to finally meet all of you!

I've been playing FV2 since about 2011 with a few stops in between, the first time for about five years. Couldn't believe when I tried logging in and my little farm was still intact. Stopped again and just began playing again a couple of months ago. I was actually going through deleting stuff but when I saw my farm I just couldn't.

Anyway, I'm Lisa. I live in southeast Texas and we will be relocating further west soon. I retired last year and am loving it. I do digital illustrations, surface patterns designs for online shops (Spoonflower, Redbubble, Etsy, etc.) so I stay busy with that.

Thank y'all so much for the warm welcome on here and in the co-op. Looking so forward to getting to know all of you.

Cate, thanks for all the communication and helping get here!

Y'all stay warm!!
Lisa

Lisa, I started playing around the same time as you. Unfortunately, I lost my first farm and had to start over. I'm actually not the only one in our co-op that has had to start over, hence the name of our co-op.

Doing my best to stay warm with -30 degree windchills for the third or fourth day now. But next week we are supposed to warm up into the 30's. :D

Cold here as well Carrie. LOL Not quite that cold but for here cold enough.

I have had absolutely no luck with support. Figure I am being ghosted now as my last two chats with them have been cleared.
The only game I can get into is a beginning level and I just used that to use the chat function. I just do not have the energy at this time
to start over once again. I started this originally when the game first came out and lost it and worked my way back up and found a such a great bunch to co-op with I hate to leave.

Ticks me off because my game is there but they can't seem to get me into it.

They told me to log into facebook which I tried but that only gets me into restarting anew. I haven't given up hope that just maybe one of them will send me an email, but so far that hasn't happened.

Gayle, I wonder if they meant log in WITH Facebook. Players can use their log in info for Facebook to login to FV2. This part is very important -- your Facebook account must be closed when you do it.

I wonder if, when the online chat bot told you the problem was fixed, it was referring to Zynga's problem of people unable to log in. There are lots of canned responses in the online chat window. I don't think the chat bot is capable of viewing or doing anything with your your farm.

I went to support chat today to see about Lisa (not being on neighbor bars). First I got links that might fix it. I didn't even try them. Told them it didn't and was then told I'd get a tech email within 48 hours.

A msg above my farm today said their problems are fixed now. I don't know about that. My game routinely crashes 3x's each within about 5 mins for it actually lets me  play.

We're glad you're here, Lisa. I hope to will love our co-op as much as we do. :-) When you have some time, please check out the 2nd topic, "When you visit my farm, please help with . . ." There you'll find information about what each players want you to do on their farms, mostly hit sprinklers, and if you can post what your preferences are, if any of us get to your farm lol, Then I will add it to the main list.
