So far this has been the conversation with support regarding this issue. I will continue to update this thread if I get anything else from support.

Me: I am the owner of Lost & Found co-op. We had a new member join on 1-10-2024. Her name is Lisa G. and she is level 158. She has sent neighbor requests to all of the active co-op members. The neighbor invite was accepted right away and she is still not on any of the co-op members' neighbor bars. Several of the co-op members, myself included, have sent her multiple neighbor invites which she says she has accepted, and she is still not showing up on any of our neighbor bars. Also, I have noticed that with my game, none of her requests for salt, baby bottles, etc are showing up in my little envelope inbox. My browser is up to date, I have cleared my cache and even uninstalled and reinstalled Launcher +, but this issue continues. Any help you can provide would be much appreciated! Thank you.

Support: Hi Carrie! Thanks for reaching out, and I hope you're doing well. I understand that Lisa G. (Level 158) still hasn't appeared on the Neighbor Bar of your whole Co-op, and her help requests don't reach you. I know that playing will be more enjoyable if you can visit your Co-op Members' farms. Don't worry; you're just encountering a display issue, as your record shows that she is already listed as your Neighbor. I got some helpful tips that other players have found to be effective in resolving this:

1. Start the game using the FV2 Launcher Shortcut on your desktop to ensure all of the game's components work correctly.
2. Play the game on different browsers (Chrome or Firefox) and platforms (Facebook or ZyngaGames.com). This will help us identify whether the issue is specific to a browser or platform.

Me: Thank you for your response, I appreciate your help. I have cleared my browser's cache and the issue is still happening. I have even uninstalled and reinstalled Launcher +, and that did not help either. I always enter the game by clicking on the Launcher + icon on my desktop. The browser I use is Firefox. I tried playing on Chrome, however it kept telling me I needed to download Launcher +, I clicked on the download button and okayed the install, but the process didn't seem to be working correctly. I'm guessing this is because I already have Launcher + installed? I play on the Zynga website. I do not have a Facebook account and do not want one, so that solution I cannot try. Do you have any other suggestions on how we can troubleshoot or resolve Lisa G. not showing up on my neighbor bar? Again thank you so much for all of your help!

I heard back from support. They said the same thing to me that they said to Cate, They will monitor the issue.

Wow! You are right. I'll have to give them a star for that. I guess that means, my rating of them would now be two out of five stars. LOL

At least a couple of you got answers to this problem. That is definitely more than I got. No email or support answer whatsoever.

So, the reset didn't work & it got me wondering and then got Carrie wondering (lol) if the timing sucked because of the server being out.

One of the replies Carrie got from Support was it was a display problem because they could see you Lisa on Carrie's neighbor bar. This got me wondering if the display problem was related to Lisa using a Mac, which also got Nan wondering. lol We've had a Mac using player in the past (Weedhopper or Farming?) but there was no display problem. They just had to sit out until Zynga finished a Launcher version for Mac.

Like Nan, I Googled display problems for a Mac in Windows environment and I did find some but it seemed to be specific to Mac users working in Microsoft work teams, but didn't see any solutions. Nan, did you find anything in your search?

Lisa, I was so darn optimistic when your "Add neighbor" button became active, then it stayed dimmed out. I just checked now and it was active again so I clicked it. The eternal optimist. lol I'm going to ask everybody to do that. We'll see if that does anything.

Lisa, what has Support said to you about the problem? If it comes to that, would you be willing to try a reset again now that the server is back up. The strange thing about the last time was it said in the co-op chat that you have left the group but, in fact, you were still on the list and counted in the co-op number of members. It took be a few tries & reboots to actually remove you.

P.S. Lisa, I saw you like spreadsheets. Me and Nan are your soul sisters.

OMG, is the stinking server out again? I've spent all day putting out fires. Tried to log in because I need peace. I need to farm! I might have to get in my truck to go next door to their barn and visit the their cows. Sigh

Cate: I only checked with support with the bot. I haven't received anything from them. Just tried again with more details, even mentioning you and Carrie have inquired several times about the issue and it remains unresolved. Also mentioned I'm unable to change/save my avatar. If there's an email where I can email them directly, I've not been able to find it.

I went through in the co-op and did the "add neighbor" thing again. Some buttons were green, some weren't there at all, and some were greyed out.

By trying a "reset" you mean leaving the co-op again? If so, maybe I should leave and just wait a week to rejoin?

What puzzles me is that I have all of you on my neighbor bar and can visit your farms. Well, heck, I've mentioned that before as well as being able to send/receive requests whether it's things you're requesting or you fulfilling my requests. So are y'all able to see me to send requests and able to receive things I'm sending?

Technical spreadsheets are way over my head! But the concept is definitely me. I use Trello for my little design business .. hmmm might come in handy for my farm, too, come to think of it!

I had a much better playing time this morning. Some of the WaD's are from Farmville, some are because our internet started dropping and we lose wi-fi. Need to check on that. Ah, modern technology. A wonderful pain sometimes!

Your idea for the reset is worth a try if you are willing. Leaving, then waiting a week, or at least a few days, before joining again. I'm interested to see what Cate thinks of this idea.

It is very weird!!! How can I get/send items if y'all can't see me? Makes me wonder about all my old neighbors .. if they can see me or not. So I don't show up at all when sending requests to neighbors or Farmville friends?

A week or so ago I had sent co-op requests from my co-op friends and received them. Since I got them I'm assuming you saw my requests?

I certainly don't mind leaving the co-op for a week or so then trying again. I've logged out for the night but can do that in the morning.
