Being in a co-op means working together so that everyone benefits. With this in mind, we ask that everyone pauses completing co-op orders once they have reached their personal goal of 15 orders so that other members who haven't reached their personal goal yet can do so before the co-op goal is reached.
Here are the three main reasons we are asking everyone to be conscious of personal goals versus the co-op goal...
1. There is a glitch that gives some players the full total of 4000 favors every week the co-op goal is completed. However, as with most things FarmVille2, this is not consistent through all players. Some players only get 250 favors when the co-op goal is reached. 200 of those favors are for the co-op goal itself and 50 favors are from completing Shared Orders.
2. Some players will get the reward favors as long as they complete only one order, however other players need to complete their personal goal of 15 orders to get the co-op reward.
3. Not all players are allowed to complete their personal goal once the co-op goal has been reached.
You can view where everyone is with completion of personal goals through the My Co-op Tab of the Lost & Found Co-op Building. Orders completed will be listed in the column "Contributions this week". Please keep in mind that this is not a 100% accurate total as Shared Orders are also included.
Right now, the best way to check if the pause has been lifted for the week is to check the co-op chat board. Once everyone has either completed their personal 15 orders or have let us know not to wait for them, Cate and I have been posting the go ahead for completing as many orders as you would like.
We truly appreciate what a great group we have and want to make sure every member of the co-op benefits from being a part of our group. Thank you all for your cooperation!

Re: Pausing Completion of the Weekly Co-op Goal
Cate and I have been monitoring the situation and have decided that we no longer need to keep the pause for completing the weekly co-op goal.
In the post above, you can see that almost everyone in the co-op has said not to wait for them to reach their personal goal; with a couple of members that will let us know if they do need us to wait.
We have no info on Monica's personal goal preferences, but we don't have a way to contact her either. Thanks to some great detective work by Nancy, we do know that Monica speaks English, but we also believe she does not read the in-game chat board.
Thank you everyone, for your patience, while we worked on sorting out the personal goal vs. co-op goal issue. We appreciate how cooperative all of you are!
