Carrie, I've been getting your emails. I usually pop in over here to check out and keep forgetting to reply to the emails.

I finally got in to play and accept the co-op invitation. I kept having Whoop-a-Daisises like crazy. My neighbor bar was back then went mostly missing after a WaD. I posted in the co-op that it was back but I spoke too soon.

I'm going to give it until this evening to try and play again.

Thank you both for all you're doing to try to get me in and seen.

Lisa is trying to get in and I am still trying to get back. The other game I play is being removed from FB and I have to install an emulator to play. Windows 11 has one but seems it does not work in Canada. LOL

I know I am a Wednesday Child but this is getting downright silly. (aka frustrating)

Last email from zynga says they can't verify my change of email because it is automatically done?? And they tell me to use my original. However original doesn't work anymore because I put in a change. (Ask me if I am pulling my hair out at this point) Oh and they tell me to reset password for that same email that doesnt work?? It just says that email is not available.

I have sent another back requesting them to see if they can manually verify my email but not holding my breath for a fix.

I swear I would be happier with human only support no more auto even if it takes more time. At least you know someone is actually doing something.

This is the last day I try. Its just not worth this much aggravation. If I start a new game. I will let you know who and where I am. Take Care all Happy Farming!

We'll be so sorry to see you go! I hope something breaks open today about it. It's the worst possible time to get help because their server is acting up. They've acknowledged the problems in a pop-up and gave us a bit of water and power for our troubles. LOL

I hear you about working with a human exclusively. I could be mistaken but, I think you can request support via email instead of the chat.

Just started to log in, waiting on the system to catch up.
Oh gosh, all neighbors are gone except ones from the game (Marie, Barbara & Walter) and me.

Got a pop up on loaded game, said they are aware that all neighbors are gone. Working on a fix. Gave me 15 of water & power, and 5 baby bottles. Should give 50 or 100 of each for the major trouble it's causing.

I don't know a thing about coding games like this. But it seems to me like someone at Zynga hit wrong button. How can things work fine for a while and all of a sudden it's messed up & missing.

Thanks Cate And I have been getting emails now. It seems their reset password etc is an auto response (obviously not working right). So that is why I have requested they do it manual.. Fingers crossed...

And i am presuming this means we have no idea what to do so you might as well start over. Even after I specifically asked if they could please verify my address and if not then let me know. I seriously have no more info to supply them with short of my height, weight and blood type. LOL

I might see you all in the near future but sounds like you may as well remove me from the co-op as I am not going to get my farm back.

Aww thank you. That last email does not give me any hope but I guess you never know. Maybe someone will look at mine and actually know what to do.
