Cate, I tried it just now and I didn't see any type of "crates" there were icons for fert., mastery, power hr, etc.. But when I click on it, takes me to a FB log in screen and says you must log in to FB to continue. Do I have to every time or just this once? Is that what you were saying to Gayle about not having to log in?

Gayle, you clicked on the 1 offer that is for different certificates. My screenshot was for the 3rd offer Free Gifts Mix. Still, had you click the Certs offer and picked one of the options, say power cert, you'd get the same screen that you did.

I owe you an apology, however, if you're not already signed in to Facebook you have to be in order to open a Facebook page, which the gift page is.

My error is that I never thought about you needing to log in because my FB page is perpetually logged in because I use Messenger for a group chat I'm in.

Having said that, if you logged into Facebook, it would not be to FV2 but to your actual log in for FB. Once logged in, go back to the gifts page and pick whatever you want.

I started playing years ago on FB. Don't even remember how I found out about Zyngagames.com but I did what ever you had to do to transfer the original game to Zyngagames.I was going to keep an eye on how many cert. I had in the game to see if I was getting the ones from FV2gifts.

Ok, I'm done for the day. The game got even worse after my post on chat board. I can't log in at all now. Well, that's not exactly true, I can log in but
nothing but the feed and white where my farm should be. No picture or status bar...just white. Maybe better tomorrow.
It's Saturday, I'll more time anyway.

I do open facebook then go to the link you sent me. I click on where I have to and it opens into smaller items. I click one and it take me to facebook gaming/farmville.

My test again was with the water and the site sent me to mulitple buckets of water which I clicked on one and it sent me once again to facebook.

I did an experiment and started a game on facebook and it works perfect for that game. lol However I deleted that game as one is enough.

However it will not send it to my zynga game as it will not connect to facebook. You have to have started on facebook then join it with zynga not the other way around.
It may not have been like that in the beginning but thats how it works now. No biggie just will take me longer to catch.

As usual I sort of opened my big mouth. Sent another request to Support, then asked "where are the highly skilled members?", then posted "48 hrs from never?"
I hope they don't get mad and kick me out.

Oh man Nancy! I couldn't keep my mouth shut and that's the sort of stuff that got support to ignore me for years.

I know, it is so frustrating having virtually no support anymore and if they do eventually respond to you it is with canned responses they are probably cutting a pasting from some training manual.

Especially since when I first start playing, Support actually answered you within a day and they could usually fix the issue right away.

I have a huge saved pile of emails just over my lost game log in issue. If one more person had told me to use my "original" log in I could get back into my game I would have gone postal on them myself.

I did finally get someone to finally say that my original log in is seriously/permanently stuck in limbo and there is no way for me/them to retrieve. He even thanked me for this issue so they had a base to work from in case it comes up for someone else. Not sure that actually made me feel better but at least I can just get over and on with it.

Now my issues are catcing up again. Also they literaly pile the quests on top of each other and I have to get them to move the buildings. And I can't unlock the forage area. Haven't heard back on that one yet but hope soon. I need mushrooms dammit!! (j/k)

Nancy, I have a lot of requests and items given from "Player". Seems to me they weren't a thing until about the last six months. But maybe I just didn't notice until then?
