Recruiting new co-op members

Post by Carrie Farmer »

Hey everyone,
We've been having some difficulties reaching the co-op goal lately because we've had a number of members unable to play. In the co-op itself, we've checked the boxes in settings to let Zynga know we are looking for new players, but so far, we haven't had any luck with that. I was talking with Cate and we think it would be a good idea to reach out to other FV2 players via Facebook. Since I don't have an account, I was wondering if any of you that have a Facebook account would be willing to post that we are looking for active members for our co-op?

Like I said, I don't have a Facebook account but, I was still able to do a search and found two groups that look promising for us to post in...
https://www.facebook.com/groups/437323177225168/
https://www.facebook.com/groups/626660841011412/

So, if any of you, with a Facebook account, is willing to post that the Lost & Found co-op is looking for new members, it would be much appreciated. If you do, could you please let us know that you did, so we don't have four or five people all posting? Thanks so much everyone!

That seems like a good idea Carrie. I hope it works. I have an account but I'm done for the day. I will try and check tomorrow to see if anyone has volunteered.

Thanks Nancy!

I think our co-op could benefit from one or two new members. We've been struggling to reach the weekly goal lately and I find that kind of frustrating because we were doing so well for so long.

Has anyone responded to the request? Do I have to log into FB to be able to send a request myself? I've never done anything with a link and FB before.
I need some guidance!! LOL

I think you can just put a post in those groups and if people are interested, they might reply to your post, send you a direct message in FB, or possibly just search for our co-op in FV2. I'm not the most knowledgeable about Facebook. I think Cate might be better able to give you guidance with this.

Ok, I found my answer Carrie. When I clicked on a link it did ask me to log into FB. I have posted in both groups today, Sunday, June 30th.
